Base Nails currently ships only within Canada and the USA through standard shipping. Once the order is shipped, Base Nails does not have responsibility over the package. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and will arrive 3-7 business days after order is shipped. All orders over $100 receive free standard shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email that will provide you with your tracking information. 

Missing, Undelivered, or Delayed Packages:
If your package is lost or never arrived, please contact us with your order number and we will open a formal shipping investigation with our carrier. Please note that:

• Investigations and claims are handled by the carrier
• It can take 10–21 business days to come to a resolution
• Outcomes are determined by the carrier
• We only offer replacement packages for shipments that are deemed as lost. We do not offer refunds for lost shipments.
